Terms of Service

1. Overview

Aerin Frances ("I," "my," "the practitioner") is an ITEC-qualified, VTCT Level 3 professional massage therapist providing evidence-informed, therapeutic massage. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Aerin Frances provides professional, therapeutic massage. Sessions are tailored to each client's specific needs, utilising a range of manual therapy techniques to release tension, restore fluid movement, and support the nervous system. Treatment plans are discretionary and are determined at the start of each session based on a consultation with the practitioner.

3. Bookings & Payments

Studio Bookings

All appointments at Henko Studio are managed through the official booking portal. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information so that appointment confirmations can be sent to you.

Festival & Event Bookings

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your reserved space. This policy is non-negotiable for all festival walk-ups. While online payment is preferred, cash is accepted at the discretion of the practitioner. All festival/event payments are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced.

4. Intake & Health Requirements

Mandatory Intake

All clients must complete the Clinical Practice Registration form prior to the commencement of any massage session. Your appointment may be shortened or cancelled if this form has not been completed, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and updated health information.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Studio Appointments

Cancellations made with 48+ hours' notice are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend, will be charged at 100% of the service price.

Festival/Event Appointments

Due to the limited availability of festival sessions, all bookings are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, or if cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time.

6. Professional Conduct & Boundaries

Aerin Frances is dedicated to providing a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment.

Aerin Frances provides strictly professional, therapeutic services. Any request for non-professional or inappropriate services will result in the immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from future bookings.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion to ensure a safe environment for both the practitioner and the client.

7. Liability

Aerin Frances is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property, or health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions or a failure to follow the practitioner's safety instructions.

8. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these terms as my business expands. Please review these terms periodically, especially as I move into new studio locations.
